Hey, I'm Sarah Louise. I teach private yoga, yoga classes & pregnancy and postnatal yoga in Aylesbury.

Life can get super busy and it is often really hard to put ourselves first.  Too many of us are having to juggle work and family and it is really hard to look after ourselves as well.

I am passionate about helping busy time-poor people, who want to move well, keep fit, healthy and pain-free, and achieve the strongest, happiest version of themselves through a sensible, invigorating, fun, intuitive, (plus soothing yoga practice. 

This is a no-nonsense ‘sort yourself out’ kind of yoga and is perfect for the complete beginner and more experienced alike. 

Yoga is the perfect MOT for the mind, body and soul and I can’t wait to welcome you to a private session or a class.

I am lucky to spend my days teaching private clients, workshops and small classes in my small, luxurious, bespoke (but super friendly) garden studio. You will also find me teaching in other venues in and around Aylesbury.
