Life can get super busy and it is often really hard to put ourselves first. Too many of us are having to juggle work and family and it is really hard to look after ourselves as well.
I love helping busy time–poor people, who want to move well, keep fit, healthy and pain–free, and achieve the strongest, happiest version of themselves through a sensible, invigorating, fun, intuitive, (plus soothing yoga practice).
This is a no–nonsense ‘sort yourself out’ kind of yoga and is perfect for the complete beginner and more experienced alike.
I am lucky to spend my days teaching private clients, workshops and boutique, bespoke (but super friendly) small classes in my, garden studio. You will also find me teaching in other venues in and around Aylesbury.
