Hey, I'm Sarah Louise, I teach private, group, pregnancy and postnatal yoga in Aylesbury

Life can get super busy and it is often really hard to put ourselves first.  Too many of us are having to juggle work and family and it is really hard to look after ourselves as well.

I love helping busy timepoor people, who want to move well, keep fit, healthy and painfree, and achieve the strongest, happiest version of themselves through a sensible, invigorating, fun, intuitive, (plus soothing yoga practice). 

This is a nononsense ‘sort yourself out’ kind of yoga and is perfect for the complete beginner and more experienced alike. 

Yoga is the perfect MOT for the mind, body and soul and I can’t wait to welcome you to a private session or a class.

I am lucky to spend my days teaching private clients, workshops and bespoke (and super friendly) small classes in my, garden studio. You will also find me teaching in other venues in and around Aylesbury.

Date For Your Diary: Mini Afternoon Retreat. Thursday December 28th

The run up to Christmas can get so hectic and then the big day comes and goes in a flash

 I don’t know about you, but I always feel a little flat and ‘spent‘ in the days between Christmas and New Year.  

It is almost like we need that week to recover enough to get our celebration hat back on in style.

If this resonates with you I have the perfect solution.

Yoga understands what it means to take time out and rest properly and can help you achieve this with a variety of tools including long stretchy poses, breathing and relaxation.

I would like to invite you to join me for a luxurious afternoon of yin/restorative yoga followed by a long restful yoga Nidra (sleep).  

We will finish with a decadent hot chocolate (and treats – diary free) and some ‘easychat time to reflect on the year and maybe make some plans for 2024

This mini retreat will leave you feeling refreshedrenewed and ready to party again (if you choose to).

This retreat is suitable for all levels of experience including complete beginners.
