Monday PM

Monday Movers (Garden Room Yoga)

Time:

5.15 until until 6.20 pm

Venue:

Sarah’s Garden Studio

What to Expect:

This is a 70-minute class that takes you through a fun, challenging but mentally soothing yoga flow combined with yoga breathing, meditation and relaxation.  This class is particularly suitable for anyone who would like a more bespoke and individualised yoga experience as class sizes are kept very small. 

Booking Information:

Classes are run in courses that follow the school terms

  • Book the full term or ‘course.’  Only book once and your place each week is guaranteed.
  • PAYG – if all of the spaces are not filled by anyone who books the full course this option is available.  Check the booking system for availability.

This class is a 45 minute flow style practice suitable for all levels of experience.

Tuesday PM

Yoga Flow: All Levels

Time:

7.20 pm until 8.30 pm

Venue:

Bedgrove Junior School  (Ingram Avenue, Aylesbury HP21 9DN)

What To Expect:

This is a 70-minute class that includes the very best of yoga, you’ll be taken through a fun, sweaty but mentally soothing yoga flow followed with a calming relaxation to finish.

Booking Information:

Classes can be booked in 3 ways:

  • Whole Term (most budget friendly) – pay for the whole term of classes. No need to book again and guarenteed a place each week.  Prices vary according to term length.
  • Class pass – (to be paid before the term starts & expires at the end of the term).  This option allows you to pick and choose the classes you attend.  Ideal if you want some continuity but also the flexbility to miss a few classes over the term. Prices vary according to term length.
  • Drop-In – no pre-booking needed and allows you to come as and when you choose.

Sunday PM

Rest and Renew (Garden RoomYoga)

Time:

3pm until 4.30pm

Venue:

Sarah’s Garden Studio for that bespoke and individualised experience.

What to Expect:

Relax, stretch and breathe your way into a new you. This monthly 90 minute class is a slow class that utilises yin and restorative yoga.  Yin yoga involves practising poses for long periods of time and is designed to target our connective tissue.  Sometimes when we feel tight and stiff it is not due to our muscles but as a result of tight connective tissue. Restorative yoga also involves practising poses for long periods of time but is far more restful, with the body fully supported with props.  This is a great class to open up your body, improve flexibility and mobility and sooth the mind.  We finish with a yoga nidra otherwise non as non-sleep deep rest, which is a guided relaxation that helps your brain to move to a deep state of relaxation.  If you are looking for a form of yoga that is great for helping you manage stress, this is the class for you. Suitable for all levels of experience.

This is a monthly class that takes place on the first Sunday of the month.
